I think someone said on another BB that chislet has until nov 23rd to appeal on "a point of law" but in the meantime canstar is going forward with the permits needed to drill.May take a week or two to get and if chislet appeals up to or on the 23rd, then a 90 day wait period for review of an appeal.
My guess the drills will be turning sometime mid jan 2010.
