As Jag outlines, this thing has a history stretching back over 10 years. If you have the patience and/or the stomach for it the best place to follow the drama involved is possibly posted on the RB board. Last night I was able to surf back to March of 2003. Unfortunately the posts I found only started at around 30,000 thus leaving out the really, really early ones. JAGH began as a news media - stock information company publishing a news letter called Jag Notes. Over the years posters and the company of blamed NSS, DTCC, various brokers, etc. for the dismal performance of the stock. Law suits, reorganization attempts, issuance of new classes of shares, failed mergers are all part of the sordid story. The board members have sometimes blamed management crooks as well as each other for the mess. What is amazing is that some of the same folks posting in 2003 are still posting today with many of them posting the same stuff. The theory that there are still 350,000,000 short shares outstanding persists, at least in the fertile mind of some of the posters on RB.

Have a great July 4 holiday weekend. Stay safe, stay happy and if you need something to read you could spend several days reading the 100,000 + posts on the JAGH message board of Raging Bull. However, as a psychologist I would not recommend that you do so.
