Ian I think that your logic is right on. In fact the NSS issue has been promoted for so long that I cannot imagine that there could really be 350,000,000 shares involved or that they would magically be covered in the next week or two. The real issue for me is whether or not there will be enough buying interest in Jag to move the shares to $1.00 or so. So far I don't see it but I hope it happens.
