I am not sure what your issue is. It sounds like you disagree with gismo's assessment of a "value" of the stock post merger in the 5 cent range. If you do the math using the current pps and allowing for the sixfold to sevenfold dilution due to the massive number of additional shares you also come up with a pps in single digits. What is your own assessment of what the pps will be post merger? If you take issue with someone else's assessment you should have an alternative suggestion of your own.
