I am highly skeptical of any NSS of significance for a number of reasons but for me the most compelling is the market action itself. If there were a conspiracy of people smart enough to hide 350 million naked short shares for ten years they would also be smart enough to start covering a good portion of those positions now, rather than wait to get trapped in a skyrocketing squeeze if one was truly going to begin. If, in fact, they started naked shorting above $10 a share and on down as one of the pumpers on RB claimed recently, virtually all those shorts from so many years ago would be profitable at the current, pathetic 35 cent level.

Ask yourself why would such brilliant financial market criminals allow a highly profitable naked short position to turn into a major loss without even lightening up on their positions while the stock is cheap and quiet?
