Well , I certainly do hope that Ian is correct in assuming that the filing is more evidence that the deal will eventually be finalized. One way or another at least a merger would end a lot of speculation about NSS covering, etc. Quien sabes amigos, hopefully and prayerfully this thing will be done in the very near future.

In the meantime the sun is shining here in la belle province and we are enjoying a drive in the lovely country with our finally open-toped convertible.
