I was afraid that the construction holiday had captured all of the erstwhile members of this illustrious board. Not the case. Thanks for posting. A lot of food for thought there. Chil - I am somewhat posting concerning my ratings with forked tongue more or less firmly planted in my cheek. I think that Chil is correct about all of the possible reasons for delays in getting the loose ends tied. However I still very much wish that the management of these two companies would remember that silence can be golden particularly when so many people are co concerned about an eventual failure to complete. On the other hand they did say on or before July 30.
