Today must be the day since the last filing claimed it would be the "final adjournment". Will JAGH management actually be able to get something done or will they disappoint shareholders for the umpteenth time? I have to guess there will be yet another delay or an outright cancellation. There doesn't seem to be any other justification for them to keep investors in the dark this late into the last trading day before the deal is to be done.
