I think it is just an effort to keep the 350 million naked short story alive a bit longer, since I notice the rumored short position has been cited in several of the penny stock newsletter promos. I don't see any way it can continue to be promoted after the name and cusip change that all those shorts could remain "ex-clearing" under the JAGH name and cusip, but I'm sure someone will come up with just such a scenario if no moass occurs.
