I would think that if this is actually going to occur we should be seeing some action before then. If the stock is not trading with much higher volume and with a significantly higher sp by the first week in September I would think that September 10 is just another highly anticipated but ultimately rather unsatisfying day. I have been waiting for the great short cover for at least seven years with little joy to show for it. I still have 5 k of my original investment but if by some miracle it hits $1.00 I shall run away to hide until after the new company begins to trade along with the currently restricted shares.
