I agree. In addition the volume has been so low that I would be greatly surprised if we eventually find out that there are millions of naked shorts here. I will be even more surprised if any of the paper tigers who supposedly regulate the markets ever force anyone to buy back these shorts if in fact they exist. I sold all but 5k of my many shares after giving up most of my fantasies about a MOASS or whatever. I do think that the new deal may actually work but I agree with many others that the stock price will in fact go down and not up when the new shares hit and the company actually has some sales to report.
