I certainly am not worried about the SEC. I truly wish a complaint about me WOULD lead to a direct conversation with an investigator. There is no other way I would be able to get that kind of access.

As far as trying to day trade this, it would be very high risk with the whipsaws and tape painting that you just can't predict. I agree that it might be worth buying in single digits if it gets there. I might even buy some myself then. I don't necessarily agree with the Cardio prospects but I have great faith in the liklihood of yet another pump if it gets that low! Keep in mind that YA Global has restricted stock in the 5 cent and 10 cent range that also can be traded in a similar time frame to all the Cardio restricted shares. To my knowledge, YA Global has yet to take a loss on any of its JAGH stock sales.
