Pretty clever market makers. They know the painters will hit keep hitting the ask so they hold it at .395 all day long and sell lots of shares to the buy at market orders, then they bring the ask down to .35 at the end of the day. The stock ends unchanged but they make a really nice percentage on the intraday trades. And then the painters get really desperate in the last half hour and keep buying at market but the "market" ask is only .35 so they can't close it other than unchanged.

When do you think those painters will realize the market makers are onto their game and are happily taking the money they are foolishly throwing away? And all at the risk of inviting SEC scrutiny, which they claim is already there.
