It looks like the name change will be on September 30th and there will be even further dilution of the stock to 650 million shares. Just amazing how they can do that at will and further screw the original JAGH shareholders. Doc, you are so lucky (smart) that you sold many of your shares. Looks like you will be able to buy them back much, much cheaper before it's over. I think single digits is highly likely once the dilution is official and the restricted shares can be sold.
