Based upon what I have witnessed with a few other small companies, the only ones who really benefit are the PR firms. They put out this press releases; but, in the end, I think most objective investors view the PRs for what they really are.... a statement written by someone paid to make statements. Nothing more.

I believe I read something about this being a necessary step to generating interest on the part of institutional investors. Funny thing is, I wasn't aware that there are many institutional investors who can sink money into BB stocks.

Forget the PRs... let's see financial statements with revenues.
