The news came out after the close and the reverse split will be effective on Monday. If anyone has followed reverse splits on penny stocks that have tanked, it is not pretty. Most of them go back to near the pre-split price fairly quickly. If the stock doesn't tank immediately on Monday I will be selling my recently purchased shares.
