Doc and Chilbear, as your bios indicate you are Canadians, I would like to ask if either of you have visited CGNH's Mississauga facilities? Can you confirm that CGNH has a cGMP qualified manufacturing site capable of producing the paramagnetic beads they have contracted to supply to Merck Chemie? Or will CGNH use a CMO to manufacture the paramagnetic beads?

I also am interested to know if you have insight on why CGNH changed the terms of the second agreement to what looks like a standard supply agreement and chose not to receive a percentage of net sales. I think this change may shed light on how Dr G plans to fund the development of the POC analyzer and would like to know if either of you has come to a similar conclusion?
