FWIW, I decided to buy more shares on the news. I placed a limit all or none order at 40 cents and got filled for less than 40 cents. If you want more shares here, that may be a relatively safe way to place the order. I was happy to see I was not gouged for the full 40 cents even though they could have easily done that.
