jag-this, I have standing orders at 15 and 20 cents but do not have any confidence that these orders will be filled. With the news that CGNH has the funds to pay for the clinical trial, I will begin buying shares on dips in the share price.

As I have alluded previously, IMO CGNH is planning to use the agreements with Merck as collateral for a credit line with an investment fund like Paul Capital or Deerefield. IMO such an action will limit the amount of dilution CGNH will undergo but these funds will demand warrants for access to a credit facility; upon this announcement IMO the share price will decline to at least the warrant strike price and that is when I plan to begin purchasing additional shares of CGNH.
