I wasn't in the stock at the time but here is what I learned along the way. There was a lawsuit against the claimed naked short sellers that was thrown out of court on an apparent technicality rather than on any evidence or lack thereof. All stockholders at the time were granted those additional shares based on their regular stock holdings. The claim was that the lawsuits would be brought again at a later time and/or in a different jusisdiction and that any proceeds from any settlement would go ONLY to the Class B shareholders. Class B shareholders had no other claim on company assets or equity.

Even after Dog (and any other shareholders for that matter) sold their regular shares, they retained the Class B shares. No subsequent lawsuit was ever filed and it is obvious that none will...since the whole multi-million naked short share conspiracy theories have been shown to be a complete fantasy and fabrication of the JAGH pumpers "back in the day".
