1. Announcement of a licensing deal for the POC Analyzer - or
2. Announcement of a funding deal to pay for the clinical trial
3. Announcement of the completion of the clinical testing of the POC Analyzer
4. Announcement of the 510k submission for the POC Analyzer
5. Announcement of the FDA granting "clearance" of the POC Analyzer

The news flow IMO for CGNH is compelling and will drive the share price to new highs in anticipation of the POC analyzer become recognized as "standard of care" in the IVD POC market.
