Here's a thought. One of my favorite political ideas is that every vote is applied a weighting pro-rated to the voter's IQ! That way, the vote of an idiot would count much less than a person of good intelligence, regardless which way they cast their vote.

Perhaps Agoracom could adopt a system that required a minimum number of posts before they could rate anyone else and then apply one or two additional rating "weightings" based on the total number of posts. Since the really nasty attack dogs would be banned fairly quickly, they could not sabotage the rating system for the group as a whole.
