Sounds like simple common sense to me. It would have been a waste of money to call a shareholder meeting for something that minor even if they were flush with cash. Plus it is so closely held that there is no way the "outsider" shareholders could vote anything down anyway.

I have to admit, I was not pleased with yesterday's price drop on big volume. Seems like we might be back on the same old roller coaster ride again.
