Interesting CGNH chose to announce this post their 10k filing, which IMO was essentially a non-event.

The lawsuit filed by Karver International was a surprise and interesting; anyone know anything about Karver? A Google Search produces very little information and a visit to the 11th Judicial Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County Florida was totally unsuccessful. I could not find the filing using Cardiogenics, Yahia Gawad and Karver as identifiers on the court's search engine.

I am also disappointed that the PIPE CGNH used to sell 3,108,150 shares of CGNH was not included as an attachment to the 10k.

Note that CGNH spent less than $200k on R&D in the 4th Quarter, IMO doubtful that this could cover the cost of the head-to-head study of the POC analyzer. Perhaps the payments are staggered and CGNH was required to only cover start-up costs with later payments due upon completion of the trial.
