I believe all your concerns are valid which is why I sold all of my shares over the past few weeks. I think the stock action in the last few days speaks volumes about previous PR claims that resulted in no sales and no heads up test results after four or five months when results of both should have been imminent.

In addition, a poster on Raging Bull has also been pointing out errors in the SEC filing concerning the stock price. I would be very interested in Doc's and Chil's thoughts on those discrepancies also.
