It appears the company is acknowledging any further lawsuit about the JAGH naked short selling conspiracy theory is without merit and whatever evidence supposedly existed proves nothing. That, in combination with the elimination of ex-clearing fails in penny stocks should put the final nails in the coffin of the entire MOASS fantasy. It will be interesting to see what, if any, effect that will have on the share price. Will those that owned the stock based on that theory continue to hold or will they sell and move on? If there is a further selloff, I may go long once again.
