Are you attempting to buy any shares prior to the announcement of the results of the head-to head study? I have buy orders in at 60 cents and 65 cents; trying to pick up some of the shares traded to bring the price down. Unfortunately I never get filled; are the MMs playing their usual games?

I would like very much to have purchased the block of shares traded today at 60 cents but no such luck. My goal is to accumulate more than 100k shares (so I need to purchase at least 20k) prior to CGNH announcing the results of their head-to-head study. IMO if the results are positive then the CGNH share price will establish a new floor North of $1.50 per share.
