Idle speculation on why CGNH failed to file their 10Q on time - IMO this is directly tied to their continued failure to inform the investing public on the status of the head-to-head four hospital study. I view this as confirmation that CGNH has failed to initiate the study in accordance with the time line they announced; and, that this stalling tactic has been undertaken for the sole reason to gain an additional couple of weeks of time to enable CGNH to at least announce that they have initiated the study.
