I disagree with your perspective on "misinformation/misrepresentation". The company I believe has the choice to announce or stay silent on company matters and the share price of the day has no part of that decision. IF the event is significant and will move the market sentiment significantly THEN they should have said something but the negativity has persisted, leading the share price down IMO past it's true value but now has only what the market's value is even if being painted down. If significant news is announced you need to be in the stock to catch the updraft or at worse case be a day trader of a thinkly traded stock.

Just a friendly word of caution to not post inflammatory remarks ("misinformation / misrepresentation")unless you can back them up with fact or solid reason. Agoracom has no desire to get wrapped up in a court case where the poster posts defamitory remarks. This will be my role to protect Agoracom.
