Any comments on whether or not the Company will file the 10K prior to the opening bell tomorrow? by close of business tomorrow?

Three updates I would like provided tomorrow are

1. Status of IRB review of the head to head study protocol (hopefully CGNH will inform that it has been approved and the study is enrolling patients)

2. Status of the two MTA's

3. Status of Abbott's review of the paramagnetic beads
