Off Topic - Veyron Driven in Excess of 225 MPH "South of the Border

Jag-this, I recall you wanted to own a Veyron; have you seen the 3 minute video showing a Veyron being driven in excess of 200 MPH in Arizona? The editor of the clip claims the car was driven "South of the Border" but how does one explain the Arizona Highway Patrolman with the stopped Veyron in the film?
