Does anyone know why the symbol changed to CGNHE? Is adding an E behind an existing symbol a standard designation or code and does it have anything to do with the need to refile the 10K report? Is it yet another attempt to shake out supposed naked shorts? I really don't know and I couldn't find any news item that mentions it.
