Pardon me, but if the previous financials were stated officially in a subsequent SEC filing to be "not reliable" I would consider that a mistake. Sugar coat it as you wish but I don't think this is as minor as you suggest. Neither, apparently, does the market judging by the stock price action since the news came out.

Also, as far as I know I am allowed to "guess" just as I am allowed to offer my opinions. This is not a court of law but an anonymous internet message board. Perhaps Doc or Chilbear will confirm my right to guesses and offer opinions. Your "knowledge" is no more factual than mine. It is your own "guess" or interpretation unless you are an executive with CGNH or have inside information.

However, with your self proclaimed "knowledge", why do you think SDNA does not carry an E after its symbol since they have not provided required SEC filings for several years as dog points out?
