Thanks for the information and link; financials clearly indicate Cardiogenics will need to raise cash via some mechanism this Quarter. I anticipated this but was hoping Dr G was going to have data from the head-to-head trial to soften the terms for this transaction.

Clearly my hopes are dashed as I now believe Cardiogenics has not begun the study, which means the terms for them to raise the needed cash will be more onerous.
