IMO you are being too kind to Cardiogenics' management of their third party vendors. The business model under which Cardiogenics operates requires them to outsource a number of operational functions to avoid costs; however, such outsourcing does not relieve Cardiogenics of the final responsibilities of outsourced functional activities.
