Thanks for sharing that a large shareholder expressing a willingness to participate in any fund raising by Cardiogenics was "...told his participation was not needed at this time." Was he a "qualified investor"?

FYI I am a qualified investor and assume Dr G is aware of my share holdings in Cardiogenics; FYI the company did not contact me to ask if I was interested in participating in a PIPE. Which prompts me to think that Saunders or a similar investor has agreed to fund the entire PIPE. If Saunders/other investor(s) were offered shares at a discount and warrants, I will be disappointed that Dr G failed to contact me.

I have stopped purchasing shares on the open market but would have been willing to read/consider the terms of their private offer.
