To your statement regards an Investment Banker, I have no experience in raising funds via a PIPE without the participation of an Investment Banker.
FYI, of the 55.6 million shares issued, 27.6 million are held by the Directors, the CFO and Saunders; which leaves 28 million to be held by the remaining 1,312 shareholders of record. According to your previous posts, you and your colleagues have been accumulating shares for years; are you, therefore, the group of shareholders that own millions of shares? If so, Did Dr G ask you to particiate in this financing? If yes, will you have to report to the SEC the fact that you own more than 5% of Cardiogenics?
