No special insight other than I would imagine the folks that helped Jag run itself into the ground would probably try to do the same with Cardio. Most penny type stocks have some degree of shorters who seldom bother to cover their postions or at least not until the damage has been done. I should say IMHO there is probably but not definitely naked shorting going on here as well. I still don't understand why anyone should be allowed to short a stock without being obligated to cover it at some well defined deadline.
