Senior Management - no response to several emails

Investor Relations - emails and phone calls in which the agents moved from strong support of the Company to regret that Cardiogenics was not keeping them informed and they lacked the information to answer my questions.

SEC - no action, directed me to the State of Florida where Cardiogenics is registered.
