Thanks for the post and the links; I thought the debentures were valued at $100k per unit, so how did Cardiogenics raise $655,000 from four debentures with warrants?

Additionally, IMO this raise will do nothing but cover SG&A expenses with no money left to conduct the head-to-head pilot study. While I am pleased the directors and officers invested their personal money into the company, IMO this is such an inconsequential amount of money that it teeters of the brink of being a non-event.
