Game,

Thanks for posting the link, we shareholders should not pleased that the Q could not be filed on time.

I too look forward to reading the Q on the 19th - hopefully we will be able to determine from the narrative what records and documentation were not available in time to complete "...the narrative and financial statements" of "... the Form 10-Q of the Registrant for the quarterly period ending April 30, 2013."
