CardioGenics has no intention of selling more then five million shares to Dutchess. Whether they sell anything close to that amount depends on how long it takes to secure FDA approvel for the POC analyzer. I agree with the post by Go Cardio that indicated FDA approvel is probable during the first half of 2014.
