Thats what happens when your due deligence is limited to reading SEC and company releases. Information from those sources, particulary SEC releases, are often outdated and don't tell the entire story. If CardioGenics decides to utilize the line of credit it won't be until 2014. IMO the price of the stock will be much higher and the company will not have to sell as many shares..... In other words are you stating that you do have a position in CGNH???
