IMO you have been persuaded from conversations you have had with individuals who do not have access to insider information; thus you have not "determined" that the data will be available. Should enrollment be slower than estimated by Cardiogenics, the study may not be fully enrolled within 12 weeks. As Cardiogenics has not confirmed they will take an interim look at the data, we shareholders need to exercise caution on making statements about when the data will be made public.

Of course Cardiogenics is confident that the results will be positive; otherwise why would they spend their time, energy and money developing their technology. I too am confident the results will be positive; otherwise, I would not have purchased Cardiogenics shares.

Let's wait patiently for Cardiogenics to announce the results of the Beta Site study; with positve results (given the size of the Beta Site study) then we will be assured that our confidence was well placed.
