If your due diligence was not limited to SEC filings which, in most cases are outdated, you might have a better idea what is going on. The initial time table was given to CGNH by the Hospital.... You just posted "Remember just a few more months and Dr Gawad's lock up expires". That fact is meaningless. IMO, Dr. Gawad has absolutely no intention of selling any stock, unless there is a takeover, and will probably extend the lock up.
