The reality I have uncovered is that not a single person who works within the Wayne State University Hospital System to whom I have spoken has been able to confirm that enrollment of patients continues in the Cardiogenics Beta Site Study.

Do you have different information? Have any of your contacts been able to confirm that patients are being enrolled?

IMO CardioGenics should report this information; shareholders are entitled to know such information; and, the company is required by law to provide such information to the investing public.

Given Cardiogenics failure to provide such information, do you consider such failure to be a criminal act? Or just incompetence?
