This poster uses the complaint forum constantly and as you said he is responsible for all the complaints about my posts. If you have time to go back on past posts you will see that he has been responsible for Agoracom banning at least eight other posters who have told the truth about his constantly bashing CGNH without having any position in the stock. Ante-up posted the same information about him in December and since that post has not responded to any of thegameisover posts. This particular post which states that I have never visited CGNH and "can't comprehend the details of SEC filings and base my investment decisions solely on message board chatter and sales pitches" is completely false--see my reply-- and would appear to violate Agoracom's rules of conduct. I know you must be very busy with all the boards but if you have time can you please review this.
