I think one of the investment firms wanted to probably keep the month's end at 0.10 . I found it ens on the high side on last trading day of month.

I also think the head to head, was most likely stopped due to insufficient funds, and they need to raise money to continue it. At least I hope. the other scenario is that the data was not good.
