In their recent 10-Q release , they state

" We have not generated significant revenues since inception. We incurred a net loss of approximately $1,061,000 and a cash flow deficiency from operating activities of approximately $208,000 for the three months ended January 31, 2015. We had sufficient cash at January 31, 2015 to fund approximately two months’ operations. "

Looks like they only have until Wednesday ?
