IMO, the door is wide open. If you review the history of CardioGenics, since the Company went public, you would realize they have been able to always raise funds whenever it was needed. In most cases there was dillution involved....However, considering the vast potential of Cardio, all large shareholders that I have talked to have absolutely no problem if the number of shares outstanding increases to over 100 million.
